Terms of Service

Scope.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of applications, websites and digital services operated by Systems. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms clearly presented for that service.

Applications covered

• SEOPulse — Search intelligence and SEO operating system for Google Search Console analysis, organic rankings, local search, AI citation visibility, GeoGrid heat maps, authority evidence and SEO reporting

Authorized use.

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable documentation, licences, subscription terms and access permissions. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity performed through accounts or websites under your control.

Connected third-party services.

Some features may connect to third-party services such as Google. You authorize us to access only the data and permissions necessary to perform the functionality you request. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and policies.

Licences and client connections.

Where a service uses a domain-bound licence or client connector, the licence is limited to the approved website or organization and may not be transferred, resold, bypassed or used to access another client's information without authorization.

Acceptable use.

You must not misuse a service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law, introduce malicious code, use the service to violate another person's rights, or use data obtained through the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property and availability.

Except for content or data owned by users or third parties, the applications, software, interfaces, documentation, brands and underlying intellectual property remain owned by or licensed to Systems. No ownership rights are transferred merely because a service is used.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change as products improve, security requirements evolve, providers change their APIs, or legal obligations require modifications.

Fees.

Where a service is paid, fees, usage limits, provider-credit charges, renewal terms and cancellation rules are governed by the applicable order, subscription, quotation, licence or service agreement presented to the customer.

Suspension and termination.

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, licence misuse, material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or protection of other users and systems. Users may discontinue use at any time, subject to any separate commercial agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability.

Reports, analytics, search measurements, recommendations and other informational outputs are provided to assist decision-making. They are not guarantees of search-engine rankings, revenue, regulatory outcomes or third-party platform behaviour.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service, loss of access to a third-party platform, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Africa, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
